A Letter to Our Clients: Ways We’re Supporting Our Communities, Employees, and Others Affected by COVID-19

We’re here for you and open for business.

To Our Colorful Community,

It’s during times like these when our brand value to cultivate and support our community is most important. To help, we will be donating a portion of our proceeds to several organizations around the world listed below.

United States: The LA Food Bank, an organization that prepares and delivers food to people in need. We’ve donated 90,000 gloves to the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System, and 10,000 gloves to CareMore Health in Los Angeles, CA.

United Kingdom: FareShare, a national network of charitable food re-distributors.

France: Les Restos du Cœur, an organization that offers assistance to those in need by offering food, housing, and employment services.

Germany: Die Tafel, a non-profit organization that saves food from waste all over Germany and offers it to those in need.

We are also so proud to be in a joint venture with Henkel having donated more than 2 million euros to the WHO/UN Foundation COVID-19 fund and selected organizations.

Our team is staying up to date on all announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). All of our employees who can work from home are working remotely. Our production team continues to operate from our headquarters and is practicing social distancing.

What Does That Mean for You?

We’re open and shipping your custom color as quickly as always. Our colorists are working remotely and are available to chat one-on-one, to give you the support you need to color at home. Should you need anything at all, we're just a phone call or an email away. You can add updates to ‘My Account’ on our website, or check out our support page for the most common questions we receive. And if you’re looking for tips and tricks on how to color your hair at home, check out our tutorials here

Stay connected with us on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. We’re all in this together. Let’s take care of each other and be kind. We’re here to help when you need us.

Colorfully yours,
