Alexandria Paget turned my hair orangeMy colorist, Alexandria, sent this concoction for me to try. She was supposed to have fixed the color the last two times around but my hair kept turning orange. This order was supposed to be a new color but it still turned my hair orange. I sent pictures and asked what I should do since I didn't want to buy another box. She responded asking me what I want her to do...well now I thought I asked you what to do. If I knew what to do I wouldn't be asking. F’d my hair upI’ve colored my hair myself 100’s of times and I’ve always had really good luck. Until I tried eSalon. The color I chose is exactly what I wanted. However, the color only “took” in 1/3 of my hair. And my hair was not colored, treated, and very healthy before I used eSalon color. I uploaded photos. I sent a message explaining my issue. Begged them to send me more color so I can fix this mess BEFORE the holiday and I’ve had ZERO response. I’m going to have to buy a box color from the pharmacy. Worst color ever/TRASH!!!My light blonde hair went to a light mousy brown color. Terrible results. I will never use your products again!! I called & left a voicemail message with my personal information & the mis-color management & never received a call back, no refunds & you had the audacity to even send me the same ridiculous color a 2nd time!!! You missed this customer by a million times! Cancel this ridiculous nonsense of a poor colorist, he/she is far from professional & you don’t follow through with your warranty/guarantee/promises!! Does not cover gray hair as advertisedNot only does it not cover gray hair, it has turned my hair into straw. I took it to my hair dresser to apply as she has the skills better than myself and my lord. My hair is straw. I just cut off 9 inches of hair because it was so bad. No, it was not over processed, either. We went exactly by the timing on the instructions (actually one minute less because my head started burning so badly to where I now have scabs on it) - this may work for many, but I certainly will never ever order this again. AngryI got sucked into this. They were very clever with the $10 pitch. The first order I used I bottle. I still have the other. Now they send be another. Now I have 3 bottles.
