confused with optionsGreetings I was befuddled to receive 2 different colors in the box (remember I am a layman not a salon worker) The first was for the roots which matched my natural color-which i havn't been since I was in high school, Im 51; then, there was a more coppery tone to wash thru the length of hair. In the esalon defense a color chart was supplied to recognize the difference but why would I use two different colors? Anyway I used the 1st color, my more natural root color and brought that thru my hair which is a lovely tone however not the color I was hoping for. My hair turned orange.I don’t know what happened. The first bottle that they had sent me foamed up purple. I’ve never had a hair color turned that color. My hair turned orange. Nice color but short livedI'm going to give this another try, but I've used this twice and both times the color is beautiful, but fades. I expect it to fade some, but this color seems to fade within 2 to 3 weeks after coloring. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
