it is okay, but then again I have nothing to compare it to since this was my first time trying a tinted shampoo. The only thing clostes to this was purple shampoo for dyed blonde hair and that was better...
My last color had faded rather quickly. I don't like to color more than I have to, every 4 weeks.
I have , over the years tried other products like this. Some worked well others not so much.
This did what it was supposed to do. It was not a shocking lift which I was afraid of.
It blended well and it covered my faded color naturally.
It's perfect, aside from being a little drying. Nothing some extra conditioner can't fix. If it covered roots I'd probably just use it exclusively and never need to dye at all.
I love having copper color, but it's always disappointing how quickly it fades. I have highlights, and it didn't turn anything pink. The rinse freshened the red so I don't look like a brunette (otherwise, why bother?). Definitely intend on using this regularly!
My last color was great until I did the Light Set for highlights. It was a disaster. Brassy orange highlights!! I used this product several times to darken the highlights. It worked out great. I’m so glad I ordered this on a whim two months earlier.
I do like this rinse because it makes my hair shinier, refreshes the color and makes it look healthier, but I just wish the resukts were longer lasting.
Some times it is a little streaky. It tends to stick to my highlights more than everywhere else, which makes sense, but That is why it is streaky. I have used it on my daughters untreated hair and as long as you use a lot and let it sit on the hair for 3-5 min. It comes out awesome.
I might like this product...except it is out of stock, for months. Also retail items are mixed with conditioner. This saves a step and does not require an extra dose of water.
It would be great if you could eliminate a step and make a tinted mousse. That would be awesome. The color tint is good it would just be awesome if you could make a tinted mousse
I like the ease of using this product but haven't really looked at my hair to see if it really helps me. I'll report back when I do notice it's working to refresh my color.
The Tint Rinse is easy to use and I have used it at least once a week. Only "problem" I have is....not really sure if it does anything for the color. I can honestly say that I don't see any difference.
I love this product but it has been out of stock for months now. I cant help but wonder if its a way to get people to order the hair color sooner since using Tinted love can prolong the time between colorings. Very disappointing. I'm ready to go back to Loreal.
I liked the Copper Tint Rinse, but it's been Out of Stock since I ordered it March 29th. Even the Mahogany Copper I ordered instead is Out of Stock. In fact, all three colors recommended for me are Out of Stock.
Has this product been discontinued?
Great product, but when will copper ever be available???

I LOVE both the golden and copper tint rinse - especially the color enhancement, shine, and depth they create. But the copper has been out of stock for months. What's up? I NEED it. Please make getting this back to market a priority.
Nice color and smell, but could use stabilizer of some kind.

Really extends the red, only issue is mine separated into cream vs the tinted soap base and got really watery and messy really fast. It still worked but the leaking and spilling wasted a bit and stained my shower walls .
Nice product as a weekly colour revive. Not too strong though. I expected it to add more shine which it didn’t really tend to do. Still a lovely perk up of colour for those dull days.
Love this tint rinse! It restores the color and allows me to go 8 weeks between treatments without my hair looking faded. The touch up wand is great for roots but this revives all my hair. The only negative is a minor one. I feel like the tint coats my hair follicles & weighs down my hair. I need to wash my hair more often.
I loved this product because my hair just hangs on to warm/red tones. It smells lovely and I love that it lathers up and doesn’t stain. My only disappointment is that it didn’t neutralize all the red- it neutralized most of it but in a few small spots it didn’t do much. This may be due to my hair being quite dry and fried in a few spots. It is super conditioning and gives a beautiful shine!
I like this product I just wish is came in a medium brown not just light brown. The light brown works okay but I think a darker brown would work a lot better and I could go longer in between coloring I would try the golden mahogany but it sounds more like a red tint
This stuff is beautiful the second it comes out of the bottle, and it really does tone your hair golden. Only thing is it can really dry out hair so use sparingly.
It’s very nice, I just think I should have ordered more of a red Than copper. My blonde hair is staying reddish but not the nice dark red it first was more of a pinkish red
I like the results of this product but I don't like the way it makes my hair feel after treatment. Even with conditioner it feels stiff for a day or so.
The first two times I tried this, I left it in between 2 and 3 minutes as the instructions stated and it did not work at all. I gave it a third shot and left it in around 10 minutes and it worked pretty well. I got the same result the fourth time while leaving it in longer. Perhaps my hair is more porous and more difficult to hold onto as it is fine. I do this process once or twice a week and find my hair is maintaining most of its color between dye jobs. I will continue buying this item while still clinging to the hope that esalon brings back the color mask for red hair I've read so much about.

I used it for the 1st time today, so I can’t really tell much about this product yet. After a few more uses and a little more time for my color to settle should give me a better opportunity to review it better.
I've never used a product like this before. I guess I expected a pinch more effect, but that's probably just my misconception. I did notice some enhancement but not much on my hard to color gray around my temple area.
Wish I could post before and after photos. This works.... but over time. I went from almost platinum blonde to brown. After a few washes I noticed some red/brassy tones coming through. I immediately ordered this product. I did see a change after 1 use but ended up using it a few times in 1 week before I was happy with the color. I will buy again if needed.
I am not sure if I saw a lot of difference, but it did leave a nice shine. I have only tried it once, toward the end of my color time. I am going to use it for that 3rd week, when my color is starting to fade, but I am not quite ready to put in full new color.
I had my hair a very dark violet brown and this really helped to refresh the violet tones and stop it coming through red. This is almost like a colour mask. It made my hair very shiny. It's a bit messy to use and it would probably stain towels so use an old one! It's impossible to buy anything like this in high Street drugstores as most colour shamoos or masks for dark hair have more of a red tone.
After a bad ombré in which my ashy toned medium brown hair turned brassy gold from mid-length down, I've had the color corrected three times. Each time the brown dye has faded fast and I could not get rid of the reddish gold brass.
I was surprised at how runny this product was, but I was prepared after reading the reviews. After carefully saturating my hair this stuff really foamed up and I could tell it had coated my entire head. My faded balayage is the equivalent of gold medium blonde and I just decided to leave this product in for five minutes I would have done longer but I was concerned my hair would turn green as others have reported. I rinsed it and checked in the mirror and it did not look green but I could already see the red was gone. I ended up washing it for a second time and leaving it on for only three minutes this time.
After I dried my hair, the brass is gone and my balayage is the perfect neutral beige blonde. My hair was left shiny and soft. I definitely will be buying this again! Will save me a ton of money constantly getting my hair toned at the salon.

I am super disappointed by the fact that your red tinted mask has been out of stock for months now. This rinse and that mask are the only two products ide like to continue using and you aren’t even keeping it in stock. Why would a company slack on something that is so high in demand
I have Red hair color and sometimes in between orders, it can look a little dull. I used this about every 2 weeks to give it life& shine. Awesome product.
With the exception of the last year where I let my hair go gray because I was swimming a ton, my hair has been some shade of red for the past 40 years or so. Most of those years it was long, and was colored professionally by very skilled (and very expensive) colorists/stylists. I’ve used tinted shampoos & conditioners, all the luxury brands for colored hair, even custom mixed products, and the red has ALWAYS faded. I don’t spend time in the sun much, I’ve used the best products, but always have had the drab, faded thing going remarkably quickly after having it colored. It made me so sad.
Last month I went from gray all over to red orange using eSalon color. I’ve used the Color Tint in red with a tiny bit of orange added 2-3 times a week. There has been no discernible fading in the weeks since I colored it. It may even look better now than the day I colored it!
I couldn’t be happier with all the products, including the hair color, but I know it wouldn’t be so good without my red tint! Please, please don’t ever stop making this product! I would be devastated. At 60, it’s nice to be able to count on great color. You guys are great!

Ok, this product is a little messy in the shower. However, I was surprised to realize it will help me stretch out root touch-ups. I used it last night, and the roots along my forehead actually picked up enough of the color to not be as noticeable (my roots are WHITE, not even gray, so they usually stand out big time!)
It definitely works to tone down brass, my only compliant is that it took forever to arrive!!! Over two weeks. I recommend the product but was disappointed with my shipping.
The last two orders I have placed, a few days after applying the color I have noticed the gray not covered fully. It was covered after the first initial application. I make sure that I cover my roots fully.
The first time it happened I just thought it was me. The last time I colored my hair the gray started showing 4 days after applying. I don’t understand why this is happening. I follow the instructions completely! It’s very disappointing to be paying more for the product when the last couple times I’m getting the same results as a drugstore color.

Made my color last so much longer but caution it can stain certain showers
I don't like to dye my natural African American hair often. But, I also don't like the color loss that occurs over time. I chose eSalon's temporary tint because I don't have to use gloves with it. It rinses out after two minutes in the shower, And, it doesn't stain my clothes. This dark brown provides the most natural looking color. But, it does not cover gray.

This does exactly what I wanted it to. It really made my color look great again before I was ready to dye it. Only problem I had was that I was expecting it to be more of a shampoo texture but it’s more gelatinous so a blob fell on my shower curtain and stained it the first time I used it. Now that I know it’s not a big deal and I love it
This chocolate color, like the dark brown, leaves my hair looking vibrant between hair colorings. However, it does add a different kind of tint. It also does not cover gray.
Didnt really liked my first colour,because it didn’t covered my ombré for long time (not surprised) so I used this product after 3 weeks,and was shocked! Left it on my hair for bit more than 5 min.and ombré was ginger as I wanted, colour deeper, radiant... love it 😍
I like this tint. It really helps me keep my color longer. I would give it 5 stars, but I wish it wasn't hard to rinse out. It always feels like I'm leaving a coating on my hair.
Great product for removing brassy and red undertones in brown hair. Only complaint is that I wish it lasted longer and didn’t rinse out as quick. Not a big deal, would still repurchase.
Gives an OK boost for a day, but leaves my hair feeling a little straw-like. Definitely follow up with Perfect Ending Leave-In Conditioner after using this.
This product gives your hair a color boost it’s really great but I would recommend using the nourishing mask after so your hair doesn’t get all dried out.
This is a wonderful product to rid yourself of brassy red tones, just wish it lasted longer! A toner like this would be ideal. 4 stars only because it washes out quickly or else it would be 5 but honestly I haven't seen a product that's equal!
So, overall I like this stuff. It smells nice, looks gorgeous in your hand, and does cancel out yellow tones. It doesn't really turn your hair purple if you leave it on for longer than a couple minutes, which is a plus. The downside is, it's really runny and expensive for how much you're getting. I ended up getting a people shampoo from another brand that is thicker and works much better. This is good for travel, and although it worked, I probably won't get the blonde neutralizer again.
I have really awful brassy orange and gold tones in my hair from really bad hair color jobs for the past year or so (in a salon). My hair is supposed to be dark ash blonde/light ash brown but is nowhere near an ash color. I really wanted to get the soft blonde neutralizer of the tinted love but it was out of stock. The soft red neutralizer was available so I thought I would try it. And OMG, even though it is for more red tones, and after only one use, my hair is almost back to the normal beautiful ash brown color I haven't seen for so long. I absolutely love this stuff because I have tried so many things to get rid of brassiness in my hair and this has been the only thing that has worked. For weeks I used purple and blue shampoos trying to tone down the brassiness and NOTHING. This worked for me after just one use. Don't be afraid to try this, it truly is amazing, and I can't wait to see what happens just after a second use. I love you eSalon1 Thank you for saving my hair!

My experience is mixed. I tried this on my brows to add a copper hint. Worked like a dream! On the other hand I used this on my muted strawberry blond tresses and it dimmed the lovely gold making my hair a deeper copper. By no means does that make this a bad product! I consider it user error!
I wasn't sure what to expect - although there are predominantly positive reviews for Tinted Love, there were some that made me question if I should buy it. Some ppl said they had streaks in their hair after, but I didn't at all. Maybe they didn't work it in even enough (I took a comb to it in the shower to ensure full coverage), or maybe they used it too often (the bottle says only 2x per wk). I love it tho! I bought the Copper b/c I wanted my "Light Brown (Copper/Red)" to really shine with those copper tones. Right outta the tube it looks like straight dye, but as you work it in your hair it begins to lather and suds up like shampoo. Smells great and it left my hair soft and more vibrant. I actually like the smell of all their products so far...the heart lock it shampoo/conditioner, the leave-in conditioner and the tinted love all smell great.

I tried this as alternative to copper .
Quite subtle .Would be great to warm up a dulled golden blonde .
I use it in summer when I like my lighter look but want colour to look fresh
