I have been trying all sorts of protective items while forcing myself into odd contortions so that my sloppy mess doesn't stain any laundry. I have tried wrap arounds that leave me freezing to death while I wait for the color to develop, have tried old shirts that I won't wear anymore, but they get filthy while not cleaning up well and then finally I saw this washable & dye resistant protective cape. Finally...,I have found the solution to my many years of cramps and ugly tee's!
This is a nice cape. Helps from dripping color on my shoulders. Also nice if you have to give someone a hair cut. Works great. Seems to be a good value for price.
Im so so glad i got the cape. It goes all the way around your body and completely over the shoulders. Wipable fabric and velcro closure. Advise anyone using colour to get this cape.
Great value for the price. Kept dye off of me when I colored my hair. Also used it when I trimmed my husband’s and son’s hair. It kept the hair off of them.
This cape is practically salon quality! It's not cheap fabric and will be sure to last a long time! The cape would be, I'd say, 'heavy duty' and is sure to keep your clothes free of dye if used properly. It does have an adjustable neck closure and provides good overall coverage. This above all else should be a staple item if you colour your hair often! Save your towels!!! LOL

Thank you for the handy cape! I have ruined I do not know how many tops with hair color. Now I can color my hair without worry of ruining another top. It is made up of a sturdy material that can be reused for years!!
I am very pleased with the protective cape, I just wish it was there all those times I destroyes clothing items in the past :) it’s of great quality and easy to clean. Does the job perfectly!
If you plan to die your hair at home then you certainly will need this to protect clothing and make the entire process easier and foolproof. It's good quality and thick.
Was my first time coloring my own hair. The cape was much needed and kept me clean from splashes of color. The weight was good and stayed in place. I hardly noticed it was there while coloring.
I have always used my towels to drape around my shoulders and ended up ruining some of them because I had trouble getting the color out of them.
This cape is of good quality and it was easy to clean up after the hair coloring. I am very pleased with this cape and will use it all the time now. I would recommend getting one of these.
I’m so glad that I finally got one of these. I was tired of ruining my towels and/or my shirt. Plus, this keeps ALL my hair above the neckline. It keeps the color where it should stay-on my head of hair rather than my shoulders, arms, & neck... Good choice to have this comfortable half cape protection!
Definitely worth the money and helpful in coloring our hair. My daughter is going to be a stylist. She has ruined so many tops from coloring people's hair in the past 6 years! If only we'd have gotten a cape this nice 6 years sooner! ☺ It would have saved more than just many tops! 😉
I usually just use a dark towel but decided to purchase this one. Im glad i did. Decent price for a well made cape. Very useful , especially that i have to touch up every month. Easy to clean
I'm tired of using old towels and old t-shirts to protect my clothes. This cape is fantastic because whether I button in the front or the back covers very well. I was never worried about if the color was going to splash or get on my clothes or my skin because the cape is longer than it looks and was super comfortable to wear as well.
The cape arrived with my first colour kit and is of very good quality. I was expecting something more flimsy, disposable; but this is really great and can be used many times. Thank you for such great service and products.
The cape covers everything and is adjustable at the neck so no gaps there. It also overlaps so it doesn’t have any openings while you move as you’re applying or rinsing.
This cape is a shorter sized cape than a typical salon cape, but it is a perfect length for protecting clothing while you color your own hair. No extra length to get in the way of your arms/hands. It washes easily and rolls up small enough to store easily in my bathroom cabinet. I'm glad I added it to my order.
