Ok ladies....These people have legit got this DOWN!!!! The quality of the product is top notch! It has stayed true for many weeks without fading. NOW, I have to tell you my desired color was complex! My stylist Sylvia whiped up a few colors and mixed up the perfect amount of each to give me stunning results that last! I am beyond thrilled with this company overall!
This was my first time using eSalon and I love my colour!! After answering a few simple questions about my hair, eSalon sent me my own personalised colouring kit. The kit arrived with everything needed to colour my hair, and easy-to-follow instructions. The process was quick and easy. There was no strong nasty chemical smell. My colour is exactly what I wanted, and my hair is super soft and manageable immediately after colouring. I would absolutely recommend eSalon to everyone.
This product was the perfect color for me. It more than met but exceeded my expectations. This was the first time coloring my hair myself and it was an awesome experience. I absolutely love it.
After many failed box color kits, this company gives me real salon color and shine. My hair comes out evenly colored, in great condition, and the color holds without fading.
I have been coloring my hair over 25 years and have used a number of different products. They were simply Ok and washed out after only 2 weeks. ESalon is a different ball game! The color lasts longer. Better than that, the color is MY color! It matches my natural coloring, thanks to my personal ESalon colorist . I have asked for it to be adjusted over time and it has only gotten better! Yes, it is more costly than drugstore brands, but still over $100 less than in a salon. When my hair needs to be done, I don’t want to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, my kit is in my bathroom ready to go. I’ve had numerous friends wanting me to share where I get my hair colored. They can’t believe I do it at home. Once a friend asked IF my hair was colored! That’s the best compliment of all.

My hair feels soft, was easy to apply, looks very natural to my own hair (minus grays); Color is perfect. I use a Dark Blonde and my hair looks like medium
brown with violet tones.
I am horrible and doing my own hair…usually. But these products make it so easy and the results are fantastic! My hair salon owning friend thinks I’m seeing another stylist and doesn’t believe I am coloring my own hair. The highlights made me nervous but again, results fantastic!

First, let's talk about the box it comes in. It's cute and friendly with little messages over the products. The instructions are easy to follow and the color turned out great. My hair also didn't feel dry after coloring which is a huge change from the drugstore haircolor box I used to use. Also, the personal stylist is so helpful and informative. They answer all your questions and make sure you get what you want as far as color. This is a must have product for me.
Color was great match & lasted longer than expected.
However the TONER which I used 2 weeks after the color turned my hair nearly BLACK!!! I will NOT be using the second set received & would like to return the toner for a refund. It was just awful... I followed the directions to a T ... everyone is commenting on how DARK my hair is now.... UGH!

I Was hesitant at first. But I went ahead and purchased a personalized color. I am also a cosmetologist, and I love the color that they mixed for me. My color is still fresh. Just waiting to see how long it will be before my Grays are visible. So far there isn't any damage that I can feel. My hair is soft and luxurious. Not to mention the color in the sunlight.

I was sceptical, but then I went for it. I decided to try because nothing else was working for me and even at the salon I wasn’t getting the colour I wanted. When I tell you I am shocked! I am. It’s exactly what I’ve been trying to achieve. Looks so natural and beautiful. The process was so simple and fool proof. Easier than any kit I’ve used. My hair feels healthier than it was before and I will continue with this method. Absolute perfection! Don’t second guess, just do it.

Easy to follow instruction if you’ve never coloured before ,loved all the little packages inside with little extras.Im really pleased with how my hair looked and felt afterwards ,the shine was amazing .
I cannot believe how good my hair looks and everyone is amazed that I do it myself! My hair looks like a professional did it and all I did was follow the instructions they send everytime. I will forever be an Esalon customer!
As someone who stopped dying their hair with a hairdresser through lock down and thought they would have to just learn to love the greys, I am so impressed, with the colour, product and instructions. I was really nervous but I love the result and the boost it’s given me.
I have been a customer for a decade now and still love my color. I wrote the review below in 2016 and I still stand by it. I recommend these products to all my friends and family. If you are undecided about using hair care products ordered online I say go for it. I don't think you will be disappointed because.....
I really love my color. It comes when scheduled and I can count on the color always being consistently the same. Love it.

I always used box dyes beforehand, but after this I wouldn't go back, did once and immediately regreted it. These customs give my hair the perfect colour, the perfect touch, it doesn't stain at all and you cab definitely feel that it is a different and much more valuable hairdye then usual drugstore ones. I think the price is definitely worth it! Would recommend to everyone!

It took a couple of tries to get the tone just right but now it's perfect! Esalon did not give up on me and worked to make it right! I LOVE my color and I can't wait to try the toner and neutralizer in my next order!!

The result is perfect!
The steps were clear for application and I really appreciated the communication from the stylist.
After the photo they advised I needed 2 colours: one for the roots, one for the rest and they added the roots colour in the box!

It took a few times chatting with my colorist but she heard me and totally understood. She got me back to my original red. Looks exactly like my red I was born with. Hairdressers messed it up, time and time again. It’s finally PERFECT! Thank you.
I am so happy with my colour and the support that I receive from e-salon. And if I want to change my colour that is easy to do as well. My colourist answers all my questions.
I am amazed and how good this was! The colour was an exact match of what my hairdresser has been doing. Easy to apply and covered my greys ( i am 100% grey at the roots)

So I messed up my color and Alexandria took the time to Listen to me regarding my color mess up and explain to me how to fix it, She even laughed with me when I told her my hair was now orange on top and the comments I was getting regarding. You'd look like carrot top and a few others like Ronald Mcdonald. She sent me my color repair kit 😍 And my hair is perfect. I love the color.

At 52 finally giving in to having my hair dyed. Being severely disabled I get Salon quality in the comfort of my own home. My daughter has become a colourist specialst now! I was hesitant about the colour but I made a great choice. I've had so many comments on the bronze tones which completely covers the salt n pepper. Because of my natural coulour it gives differing tones making it look quite natural and proffessional.
By far the best hair dye I have ever used beats any salon any day the best thing about the product it doesn’t stain your scalp or skin, colours evenly and easy to use so happy with this product will definitely recommend it

Now that I’ve colored my hair a few times I’m ready to review. I’ve never had a color be so close to my own hair color that you can’t see the grow out! And it makes my hair look even prettier than it’s ever been. I’m so happy with the whole experience.

This color set makes everything easy. I don’t have to worry about mixing the correct amount of developer and color; it already comes ready to mix. I love love love the custom colors for my roots and ends. It’s looks so good!
When I tried my eSalon hair color, I was pleasantly surprised how good it looked and the color actually covered my grays in the front without it looking much lighter.
I sent a picture of what my hair looked like before and filled out the quizz about what I wanted. When I received my custom color set and how nice the personalized package was, I could not be happier with the results.. I will definitely be ordering from eSalon again.

My colorist adjusted the formula as I requested and she did it perfectly! I got just what I wanted and I’m loving the new color, which blended in well with the rest of my hair. Subscribing to eSalon was one of the best decisions I ever made.
I love my hair color and thank the stylists who custom crafted it to my specializations. My scalp is extremely sensitive - my scalp felt a bit itchy/irritated the next day after coloring but i was itch free by the following day - that's a winner in my book! I'll be sticking with this product 😁 thank you

Just used my first box and I am so impressed with the results! Salon trips were just becoming too expensive but I needed my grays covered. Box dye always left my hair feeling so dry. This was truly like a little salon experience in a box. The color came out great. My hair is soft!! All the little added accessories were very helpful, especially the color shield to prevent my whole forehead from getting dyed. I'm actually excited for the next box!!

I have been using the eSalon Custom Color Set for over ten years. My hair always looks natural and bright, with consistent color each time I color it. It has not damaged my hair, and it feels soft and thick. I can easily change my delivery schedule and adjust the color when I want. I am not going anywhere else for color. I love this product.

I was so delighted to receive my first order! The box was personalized and so pretty with easy directions and a cute little sticker to hang the instructions on the wall as you color your hair. 2 pair of gloves made the job less messy. The best part was the color; rich, deep copper tone which covered my greys perfectly.

This was my first time coloring my own hair. I have to admit to having been bit nervous about it. I followed the instructions included in my kit and watched a few of the instructional videos. All of the info was right there! It wasn’t very difficult at all and my hair came out great! The colorist really nailed my color the first time!
For those who are considering this: My hair was once blonde, and is now graying around the edges. It’s dark in back, lighter in front (the very definition of “mousey.”) I had highlights previously.

I love this company. As a redhead my color makes up so much of who I am. As I have gotten a little older it has become a bit more blonde. This service allows me to regain some of my youthful brightness. The products are so gentle and I have not noticed any damage to my hair at all. The colors are so nice that even my hair dresser doesn't know it's colored!

Literally. I can’t keep up with existing and raising children long enough to write a review and I’m stopping my workday right now to write this because this is literally the best company I think I have ever worked with. I needed a little tweaking to my color, and I easily figured out where to submit that l, and a real live hair consultant CALLED ME on the phone like real life lol. Amazing. This has been a game changer, and it’s really not THAT hard to do. The kit makes it as easy as humanly possible. Get one of those trifold mirrors if you really want to “paint” it on, or just do what I do and put the gloves on and free-for-all it. Works just the same for me. Again, thank you for being the real deal.

I am 100% thrilled with the results. I'm full grey & could only get my hair dyed in a hairdressers. Anytime I used a box dye the greys would turn pink.
My colour is so rich and shinny. I will definitely be using this service again.

Color is a fantastic match. Instructions were specific and easy. Will change review to 5 stars once I see how long color lasts. Great experience so far.
I know I waited some time before using this shipment, however after I did it, the color doesn’t v seem the same as it was. It is much more brown than I like, I think when I restart my shipments I would like it to be more red/ auburn than brown. I do still love that it is shiny and soft not leaving my hair feeling damaged like a lot of color products do.
Love my new colour and my colourist was so helpful in finding the perfect shade for me. The colour is vibrant and muti-toned, unlike the flat colour of a box dye. eSalon is a great service with a really supportive team.
