Not what I was expecting!The ease of ordering and receiving the product was great. The actual application was very easy. The directions are so easy to follow. My problem is...the color is not what I expected. You can barely see anything has changed. I chose the Lt Blonde. It does not look like the color I ordered. First time userWhile I loved the color, the waxy coating was weird. After coloring my hair, a waxy coating was left on my hair. I washed it multiple times and finally got it out. Waxy residueThe wax residue problems continue! I can't shampoo it enough to get rid of the sticky wax it leaves! I have noticed this problem each month for the last 8 or so months. I have followed the instructions after notifying esalon about this problem and is still remains. Do not bother looking for help if you need it.I used the product and it turned my hair a horrible color. I could not get a real person to speak to or email. They apparently are not there on weekends and when ever they check the general note box is when they will see my problem.
