darker than expectedtoo dark in color. thought I was getting something closer to black-brown or espresso. I received something that turned my hair closer to jet black, which is not quite a match for my skin. First UseI received my first order and was very excited to get started. I loved the fact that I did not have to spend a lot of time waiting in a salon and the expense of salons. Although I am still excited about this product, my first experience did not turn out so well. I wanted to go back to my natural color of blonde and it turned out to be strawberry blonde, which is a pretty color, but not at all the color for me. The product did make my hair shiny and soft. Great Grey Coverage, but needs to leave hair shinier...I followed the directions and the results were too dark overall. The product did cover my stubborn grey, even along the hairline, which is the most stubborn. NOT Impressed!had high expectations since its supposed to be Custom color? the color is plain as a box color at the supermarket. Also it made my hair Fall Out, IM SOO UPSET! using it was a big mess that felt like glue in my hair! They don't even give you any keratin or some special conditioners! I want a full refund!!! Not the right thing for meI wanted to go blonder, but the process of doing so via eSalon wouldn't be quick enough, meaning I decided to visit a salon for all-over highlights instead.
