Holpriger StartMein Start war nicht so, wie ich es mir gedacht habe. Die Farbe war viel zu dunkel und der Ansatz nach eine Woche sehr grau. Die zweite Farbe war noch einen Ton dunkler. Danach war ich so enttäuscht, dass ich keinen weiteren Versuch starten wollte. Daraufhin habe ich eine kostenlose Farbe bekommen, die am Ansatz so hell ist, wie meine Farbe, die ich von Garnier von dm hatte. Doesn't work for my natural hairI ordered a product with shampoo at a discount. None of this stuff works for my type of hair. I wrote to customer service, but still, nobody replied. Color options not for Red HeadsHad gone over with the colorist helper what color I desired and sent in a picture, but the color I received was too light so they recommended a different type of red and sent for the second time but it was way off.
