Color was way wrongMy color was way too dark. The bottle said light brown, but now all my gray is dark brown, and my natural is screaming with lots of red undertones. They included some ash in the light brown, as I specified that my hair is prone to red tones, but there was clearly not enough. Unfortunately, because all the salons are closed due to quarantine, I have to live with this color for a while until I dare to try to correct it. I had misgivings going into this given how everyone's level of experience with color is different, and this was exactly what I feared would happen. Thankfully, I don't have to go to work, but it's still quite upsetting. Simply did not look goodI’ve been coloring my hair at home for a few years now. I really wanted to like this color but unfortunately it just didn’t turn out well. Smell Is very badI completed my color for the first time and the smell was horrible. A day later I am still fighting a headache. I have had my hair colored at salons for years but do not remember the smell being that strong. Does not hold color around edges when using gelColor doesn't hold against gel or edge control. Gray is showing already. Used color after receiving it. the gold mixed with copper and mahogany gold mixture was was too mild. Customer service was great.
