Not exactly what I was hoping forI went through and entered my hair and color information as accurately as possible. My hair was golden and I wanted more of an ash color. When I received my Dark Blonde Ash color I didn't expect it to be spectacular, but I expected it to change. The result was just a more noticeable golden color. It was supposed to be a darker color compared to what my hair was. The least I expected was less gold and more ash or even just a darker blonde. Color/ skin toneEverything was good except for the color. The hair color was too dark, and did not look good with my complexion. Not the desired colorI ordered a pearl mahogany color after I read a review recommending this product. While the instructions were easy to follow and the product was very gentle on my scalp (I usually have issues with dyes stinging and itching), my roots, which were quite prominent with my previous hair color, are the just as dark, while the dye is not nearly as red as advertised. Hair too dark for the dyeI really wanted this to work. But unfortunately after following all the instructions I can't even see a tint of colour peeping through. Part of the problem as well was that the colour I chose was the lightest one that was available, as the colours lighter, which my hair probably needed, were unavailable to me.
