Absolutely awfulThis was terrible . Turned my hair an awful colour and I followed the instructions exactly !Totally wasted my money. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. So disappointed. This was supposed to lighten my hair and it made it darker!I followed all the instructions carefully and fully. This did not lighten my hair a couple of shades as promised. Was not what I orderedI modified my color for this past order bc there was no blue in my black/blue. I finished coloring my hair over an hour ago and it is pure black and did not even cover my grey on top. I want my money back 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Not happyI chose the color I wanted via the color chart- it looks nothing like that at all. Its darker, I even screenshot the color I wanted- it was closer to the color I had before. I am very unimpressed. I followed the instructions to a tee. My birthday is coming up and although it doesn't look like it got botched- it doesn't look like what I wanted or had picked out.
