I like that I can color my hair whenever I want to.The color match is almost perfect. I do have an issue though; the color doesn’t cover my grey around the edges and it doesn’t last like salon color. InadequateThis is the second time I’ve tried Esalon in the last six years. Both times I’ve wanted all over color and both times they only sent me root touchup color. Off a Few ShadesI was embarrassed when I saw the color. It was not what I expected and I tried hard to make sure that I provided pictures and information to get the right shade or very close to it. I just talked with a representative and they are sending me a highlighter kit and the next color free, so I am trying to see what happens, but I am discouraged that it's so much darker than I expected. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Extremely disappointed with the colorI was so excited for my color to get here because it was “created for me”. My color choice was darkest brown mahogany copper stated my color was soft black and from the color match it SHOULD have been just as the description of my color selection . But I ended up with blackest black !! I never was that dark as a kid....it’s as if I walk into any store and purchased an inexpensive boxed color. Not quite rightFirst order, root colour one nearly there just a little too dark, colour two lengths and ends, far too light only colour showing is bright coppper didn’t blend at all with colour one there was a stripe line where the colours meet.
