HorribleMy color was supposed to be a medium blond with copper. My whole head turned the color of a penny. It looked horrible absolutely horrific. I followed the instructions to a T. Supposed to be Light Brown (Cool Beige) but it turned out dark and red tintedMy natural hair color is medium brown. I wanted to go a little lighter with a cooler shade and chose the light brown (cool beige), but that is not the color that came out. Instead my hair color is darker, and slightly red. I followed all the instructions that was given to me but did not cover my gray .I would like to cancel my future orders because I was not satisfied with the hair color at all since it did not cover my gray hair and my hair has two tone now. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

It did not completely cover my gray.I still have areas of my roots that are still gray. Despite having expert application of you product by a professional, there are still sections of gray that were not covered. We did this last night and I'm not happy with the results. Please send me the two necessary components to redo it in a little while. Not too bad, almost impressed me..Up until I washed my hair the next day (or 2) the color was perfectly matched to my own. My grays are starting to appear already after the first time washing, pretty disappointing since that's the main reason I ordered this product. So difficult to get what I orderedOrdered a couple weeks ago, filled in all the information that was asked for including my goal with the color, which was all over color. My order was reviewed by a stylist she changed the color to something she thought would be better but when I got my order finally after waiting almost two weeks it was labeled root touch up not all over color. After calling and speaking with a representative it isn’t enough to get my hair colored so I have to wait another 3-5 days after the color is recreated to get what I ordered originally! All in all I haven’t tried the product yet and won’t be able to for about 3 weeks after my original order.
