DisappointedI was really excited to try an at home salon color experience. My custom color was supposed to be a light intense copper. Sadly it came out very dark and almost a soft brown auburn, which is more my natural color. I also reccomend several hair masks afterwards, as my curls feel rather damaged now, especially closer to my roots which is where they were once the healthiest. Wish it covered gray betterI told them I have resistant gray hair. It did a poor job of covering, where my hair naturally parts was especially bad. Cheaper store brands did a better job. Color was a little light. I know I'm a level 5, but don't know what brand my stylist uses. Hair colorI want to give this more stars! I plan to continue using this hate color system but I still haven't found the right color. So it's frustrating. Gray coverageI was disappointed in the coverage... Should have gone to bootsWhat a disappointing product. Followed all 'personalised' instructions stringently. The product went everywhere - all over the bathroom. Results. GREY hairs remain and dull lifeless ends. I had some remaining dye left over so I persevered and re-did my grey on the hairline with NO results.
