Brown, Brown BrownI will send back the next color and cancel my subscription. I ordered a fiery red- I got 3/4 brown. After trying the color I had to cover my hair and go downtown to buy a commercial brand. The worst experience with color I have had in a long time. You did not listen to me. The color was way off.I felt like they tried to match my highlights instead of my roots. My hair is very dark brown and it turned out the color of a penny, almost copper.
