One less thing to stress about in quarantine!This was soooo easy. I had only had my hair professionally colored before (for more than 30 years) and my stylist recommended eSalon when it became clear that she would not reopen in the foreseeable future. I talked to the colorist twice, completely reassuring, knowledgeable and professional. They got the absolute right color, my daughter could easily apply it and it looked fantastic. I no longer am reminded about the holding pattern we are all in every time I look in a mirror. I know it is self-absorbed, but I feel so much better and my mood has really improved. Customer Service ExcellentSo I had an allergic reaction to the patch test. Of course, this meant that I couldn't use the dye. When I rang up customer service they were super understanding and even sent over the ingredient list so I can find out what it is that caused my reaction. They also refunded my order right there and then. All of this has resulted in my four star review.
