Great quality but color didn't match. Needed a darker Brown.Color was too light for my roots, the picture of the model with brunette with highlights is very close to my color. Loved the colorColor was perfect but it faded completely out in three weeks and severely damaged my hair. I reached out to the company. They asked me to contact my color specialist about changing the color before I ordered next. No mention of what to do with very dry hair. The color that was sent to me was not the problem. Didn't work for meThe delivery and application process went great. However the medium blonde pearl was too gold for me. After a few weeks, my hair became brassy, and despite using the shampoo and conditioner I purchased, my hair became dry and brittle, though I kept washing to a minimum. Color okay; formula - not so muchWhile the color is a bit darker than I expected, I like the gray coverage and the overall tone. However, the fumes from the product when I started to rinse were awful! My eyes and throat burned and I began hyperventilating. I had to open up the bathroom to fresh air. color did not last , cheaper to buy color in stores & might just as well.color faded fast and grey showed. cheaper to buy in stores if it does not hold color longer. Also that bottle of fluid to put on balding spots twice daily...what a beast to try to use. Really who designed that needs a different job.
