I am blown away by the incredible results!WOW! I can't believe how perfect my colour turned out. I was concerned this would be a gamble, but it was easy to apply, and the kit included everything I needed. I was so impressed by the presentation and detail of everything. My colour is nicer than it has ever been in a salon. I am thrilled with the results. I am a customer for life! Thank you to Tara, the fab colourist who mixed my kit. Beautiful Color / Perfect HighlightsI love this color it has the perfect highlights of gold in it so subtle and beautiful it's just gorgeous and luscious. Hair colourGreat experience from start to finish. I sent my photo and picked my colour and I was advised the colour I selected was too dark, and another colour was getting made up that they think would suit better, but if I wanted to go to the colour I originally selected I could free of charge. I used the colour that they selected and wow. Beautiful colour, my hair is shiny and looks great. I can't achieve this even going to a hairdresser. My first time using and I won't go back. Excellent.I received three compliments on my hair color within the two weeks following the process. When I told them I colored my own hair, it was scrutinized and these folks were amazed. Jennifer B. has done an excellent job with the color mixing and directions. I am so pleased. It is a worth the little mess, hassle and time doing your own coloring when you get the results you want. Color is natural looking!Thanks to Jennifer answering all my concerns, I changed from permanent to semi-permanent and hope it works better for me, time will tell. I was tired of the demarcation line once the next time for coloring came around. I also thought the permanent color seemed to harsh and not quite the right color I was looking for. Perfect matchMy custom color set came super fast and was packaged beautifully with everything I needed to do my hair at home. The color itself was a perfect match to what I had been having done by a professional, but at a fraction of the cost. The directions are very thorough, but they do offer an abbreviated version if you’re not a total beginner. I followed the quick instructions and my hair turned out wonderfully blended and feeling very soft and happy again. I was curious about the staying power, as I’ve had trouble in the past with red shades, especially now that I’m older. I shampoo no more than needed in warm water, but not as hot as I typically like my showers, every other day. Dry shampoo if needed in between. I have had thinner hair since having twins at 35. So far, the color is staying great! Shiny, vibrant. It’s gorgeous. I’m looking forward to getting my second box to see how the next process goes over from there. Definitely much cheaper than what I had been doing. I had no issues there, but definitely needed to find some ways to budget and this has been a lifesaver!
