Turned my roots orange a second timeWhen I signed up I downloaded a picture and told them my roots always turn orange with any processing and the formula needs to be adjusted for that. First coloring, orange roots. Reformulation, still orange roots. I was doing as better job coloring myself from Sally's I did not have orange roots. I tried this service for the convenience of not having to mix my own color but it almost ruined my hair. Back to Sally's. Hair color/coverageI like the color of my hair after dying, however, I don't like how my grey hair along my part is brassy/orange. It also doesn't cover my grey for more than 1- 1/2 weeks definitely no more than 2. But I do like the overall color. This has been the best of all of my changes, but still not flawless. Never received orderThe tracking area said it was delivered April 20, 2017 to my mailbox - but I don't even have a mailbox! I have a slot in the door. It was not left on my porch or in my screen door. I am very disappointed as I really wanted to try this product out. Doesn't lastI actually loved the color when it was first done, even though it was a lot lighter on the grey than everywhere else. But it has been less than two weeks since I did this and the grey is already showing through the color. It actually looks like the color is washing out, it is much lighter and duller already. Hair texture when using this productOverall I am dissatisfied with the texture of my hair after I use the permanent hair color. My hair feels like hay. I have never experienced this texture with a professional color or color from a box. I was satisfied with the longevity of the color in regards to keeping my grays covered on my first color but this time, my second time, at about 5 weeks I started noticing the grays showing through.
