Grey not coveredHi - Love the packaging. I am disappointed in the grey coverage however. The grey at my roots (especially at the temples) did not get covered or reduced from your product. Yes - I followed the directions - I have been coloring my own hair for ages. I'm going to go ahead and switch back to Schwartzkoff Ultime color as it covers my grey better. Not the color I was looking for!!With my initial order I was looking to lighten my hair a bit, not just cover the little bit of gray I have. I have medium brown hair and the color I was given made my hair a bit darker rather than lighter so I was not pleased. Too Expensive/Too DarkI used one bottle of your product and have since received two others. I do not want to use the others as I feel the color is definitely too dark and expensive for what you get. Not for meWhen I first signed up for this site and original hair color I loved it, but stopped using this product and had professional doing my hair for several months and it got spendy so decided I'd try this again, but this time it never seems to get my roots and I keep trying thinking I have done something wrong. I should have canceled the first time instead of trying a few more times with same results each time and roots just won't take the dye. Also, i can't seem to ever wash it out of my hair.
