Uneven colorI've been coloring my hair successfully for more than 10 years. This was one a pretty big disappointment. The color is uneven, with the gray in my roots not covered adequately, resulting in my roots being lighter red while the rest of my hair is darkest brown. ColorColor was darker than I anticipated,and highlights were not as impressive as l anticipated, I do take the blame. I didn't have a current picture with the right lighting to include. Hated!!!!Thought I was getting a dark blonde..I got Orange hair instead..absolutely not satisfied. I gave it a one star only because I had to in order to review this product. Hair color and ease of use was misleading.The color was not what I picked, and the actual use of the product was not enjoyable. My daughter followed the directions completely and when I went to rinse out the product, it was a gooey mess. I had to wash it 2 other times, after I used their shampoo just to get it unsticky. The dye still is not out of my hair as it transferred to the towel when I was drying it. I will have to shampoo it again before bed as not to get it all over my sheets. I won't use this again.
