This was the worst experience I have ever had in hair careWish I could have my regular color back......instead my hair is a bright awful orange and will need to seek professional help to get is partly normal. Its Not For MeI used E Salon for the first time and was not impressed with my color that I received from them. I wanted it to be more blond. The color said light blond so I expected it to be the color that I already have in my hair. It didn't turn out that way. It almost has a red tint to it. I also struggled to color my hair by myself. For me its best to have a professional doing my hair, I guess I have to spend the money to have it done right. Shipped in errorI cancelled the last purchase and it was shipped anyway, and my credit card was charged. Unfortunately, my sister was intrigued by the product and opened the box, therefore I cannot return it. Color came out very darkI did not have a good experience with the product. The first time my grey hair turned out too much red color. They send me another color to fix the red color to medium brown with little bit copper tone. I received this month and my hair turned out too dark, dark brown.
