It's okay..The eSalon appeal is that it takes all of your hair info and needs into account, then gives you specific choices based on that info that your hair can achieve through a personalized formula. So, I assumed that it would turn out differently/accurately based on the color I chose. The color was nice, but not what I was going for. It definitely seemed like just buying a typical box of store-bought color. To me, it just doesn't seem worth the extra trouble for something I probably could've picked up at Walmart. My hair still feels healthy, which is great. And the color does look good, although it's not what I was going for. Maybe it would work better for someone else depending on what they are trying to achieve with their hair. All in all, not bad. It's just not for me. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not what I expectedI was so looking forward to using this product . . . . to say the least it was a disaster! The whole process was messy, time consuming, stunk, and the results were not at all what I was hoping they would be. My hair was intended to be a dark golden blonde. I now have the color of dirty river water. It made a total mess of my long hair to the point where I've had to literally soak my head in conditioners and masks to help overcome the dryness. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEI'm extremely disappointed with how this turned out!! Immediately when I received the box, I opened it only to find out that one of the bottles had leaked out into the plastic container. I still decided to move forward, which was a huge mistake. I was looking forward to this since I'm a professional and can't stand the amount of time it takes going to the salon, let alone the cost. I asked for an ashy blonde color, my roots ended up bright orange and the remainder of my hair turned a blonde / green color - my ends were green!! I ended up having to go into the salon and sitting there for 3 hours. $300 later, they were able to somewhat fix it. It was a terrible experience, I'm extremely dissatisfied. They couldn't match color & killed hairI went in to get color matched, yet they chose a color that resulted in a lot lighter band to cover the new growth. So failed to deliver for what I went in for. And I now have to pay extra for a professional to fix that next time I go to a salon. Also the formula is very strong, my hair was healthy and silky when I walked in, now it's like dry hay. disspointed, totally.Fast shipping. Nice packaging. Color looked great for one day. i skipped washing my hair alot and used sulfate free shampoo and conditioner when i did.. still each shower had purple water,very messy. and the color faded faster than a box at home dye (which would have been cheaper). also, then shampoo and conditoner given to me in the package from e-salon wasnt very good at all. Not HappyI changed my review cause this time I ask for purple dye and I got no purple at least the first time I did it I got a hint of purple ! Will not order again , do love the shampoo and conditioner tho would do 0 stars for this if I could 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
