Tried to order color several times.I've tried to order color several times but your website only wants payment. It's not interested in what color I need or want. I've tried several times but it only wants payment and I have NO IDEA what color i'm ordering..Very confusing on how to order. Doesn't workI purchased hair color and was so excited to try it out. I was incredibly disappointed to use it and find my hair to be exactly the same. I thought maybe I didn't leave it in long enough, so I used the free second bottle to try again the next day, carefully following all the instructions. Guess what: MY HAIR LOOKS EXACTLY THE SAME. ColorI enjoy the change in my hair body, the ease of using esalon. The color change I requested resulted in too much red. My true color shoud be medium ash blonde, presently it is strawberry blonde. Too darkI was hoping that after talking through the first custom color the next order would be a little lighter. I really liked the shade of the second bottle in the first order. Color to brassyI was so looking forward to getting a nice, rich, all over color using the esalon formulated hair color. But this was not the case. MehThe instructions were very clear and the application went fine, but the color is nothing like I wanted or like the picture looked. The color I got was supposed to be a violet/ash brown color, but it turned out just plain golden brown like my hair always looks. Colour not at all what I was expectingFirstly, the box arrived and I was very impressed with the presentation and what was included. The process was strange, when washing it out, I was worried as my hair felt almost like rubber but this soon washed out with the shampoo and conditioner. After drying, my hair has been left feeling so soft, however, the colour i was expecting was a dark, mahogany, full of rich red tones, however the colour I have can only be compared to an Icy brown with virtually no red tones. Ehhhh...I don't find your product much better than the stuff that I can get at a grocery store. On top of that, you are not flexible with the quantities you sell. You just sell the full boxes. I would perhaps continue purchasing the product if you would sell kits to just touch up the roots. All in all it has not been a very satisfying experience whatsoever. It is important to ventilate the room before using bleach on any stains in your bathroom. Dilute the bleach with water and dab the solution with a sponge or cloth to remove stains from surfaces. Bleach wipes are also a fantastic alternative. Again, we apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience. Love the color, but....This is the second time I have tried this product. love the color, how long it lasts and how it covers my greys. However, I can’t get the product to rinse out of my hair even after several shampoos. It feels like a rubber texture on my hands and there is a leftover film on my hair.
