Not that greatI tried it after seeing the ad, the color I got was not right I figured I wasn't getting anymore so I thought, a few mths later i got another box I used it and cancelled the account ,then I get a notice there going to send it again I told them I didn't want it and had cancelled my account, I was just looking at ad's on my phone and eSalon. Was there so I checked to see if my account was still active and it said my next shipment is coming in January. How do I stop this? Love the condition of my hair but colour leaves a lot to be desiredMy hair has never looked as glossy and healthy after dying it which is amazing but the dye hasn't covered my old hair colour aswell as I'd hoped. Good idea but....When I colored my hair I followed the directions to a T! However, my hair is now a weird brassy brownish orange color on the roots, and dark brown on the ends. It really doesn’t look great. Before my hair was one tone so there wasn’t much of a variety of color for the dye to latch onto into different ways. I gave it a few weeks to see if it would wash out and blend together and it hasn’t. Also, I ordered a medium brown and it was nothing like the picture on the model. Maybe you could use different models with a choice of skin tone so we can have a better idea of how the color would look on our skin tone? Gray coverageI have requested an adjustment on my color due to lack of adequate root coverage on a previous order. The colorist assured me an increase of the toner would take care of my problem.
