Too redI received my first kit and tried it. Too much red. So I let them know and they sent me one for free which was very nice! But the 2nd one was again too red. Beautiful color-- absolutely NO staying powerThis color was the dream-- at first. The shade was perfect, the application was easy, and it came in a timely manner. But after washing my hair only 3 times (with color-care shampoo), the color was mostly washed out. I canceled immediately. Long thick hairI described that I have long thick hair in my initial profile. There was not enough color product to pull color through the ends of my hair to blend for final few minutes of processing.
