not long grey coverage no enough conditionerI have a lot of hair and the packages are too small and for the money I pay the grey coverage should at least last for 8 weeks but it does not. I follow the instructions and I never have clear water after 15 minutes of shower. Not real happy with the length of grey coverage and the amount of conditioner I get. I love the color and that's it. Customer service SUCKS!!!Ordered my colour. Was emailed asking specific questions which I answered. I told the colourist twice I wanted to go lighter blonde and I was still sent a colour darker than even my natural colour. I asked for a refund and received a standard copy and pasted "please call us" I don't want to have to take time out of my day more than I already have to contact people that don't listen in the first place. I asked for a refund and that's when the communication stopped. I have not received a refund nor have I had any further correspondence. I will NEVER order from eSalon again and will advise others not to either. Now I'm out $41 for a product I can't even use. What a waste!!! 2 of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

They won't listen to my requestI have have finally given up on esalon. I have requested time and time again for ash hair color because I want NO GOLD OR RED in my hair. Even when they did add the ash, they also added gold. When I complained about the red and gold they told me to buy a product called tinted love soft red neutralizer that they sell to gloss over the red and gold...didn't work. Tried to order again yesterday because I saw that they actually have an ash color I am interested in and they wouldn't process my request without a photo. .I have no desire to have whatever color they want me to have instead of what I need...I.have had that same issue with local salons because they believe I would look better with some red in my hair---completely aggravated! 12 of 12 people found this review helpful. Not very happy with the productThe color is a little darker than I expected, although it was nice. The dye itself leaves a film on my hair that does not wash out after using it. (Even after using the shampoo provided) the film it leaves on does not wash out until about three or four washes using my own shampoo. My hair felt dirty. Also, by that time the color fades. Nowhere near the color I wantedMy hair turned out to be an orangy color on my roots and dirty blonde everywhere else. I wanted my whole head light blonde. I could have bought a $5 box of cheap hair dye for these same results 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |
