Still not the right color!I wanted it with more red. It still isn’t red enough and still isn’t covering my grey. I love everything about it except it’s not right and half my grey is still grey or actually it’s more white. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Worst hair color I have ever usedWhoever the person who makes what color was should get fired. I’ve never had the worst result in my entire life of dying my hair for 15 years. All my router disgustingly brassy and my beautiful blonde strands darkened to the most boring dull color I’ve ever seen I want a full refund immediately or something to correct this horrendous color. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. I was pretty unhappy with charges and an automatic reorder when not requested.The above says it all. I was under the impression you could try it for 10.00 as in the come-on ad. But not be charged 38.44 for each shipment I wanted to be happy with the color first. This seemed pretty deceptive to me. It winds up it's too dark and looks even black in some areas. Doesn’t cover greyI’ve subscribed and tried the product twice, and while the colour shade and match isn’t bad ( maybe not as nice as a box dye I’ve used before) it simply doesn’t cover grey. I have dark brown hair and I opted for the full permanent (and not the natural grey demi coverage option) and still I’m left with a weird orangey colour halo in my parting where the grey hair was - and with some bits just sparkling away still grey on my hairline. Fine on the non-grey hair and leaves a nice colour finish, but the “permanent” gives grey coverage that is certainly worse than a semi permanent box colour would cover. So disappointed, I now will have to try and fix it with a box dye to fade out these areas. Would have got a better result with a cheap L’Oréal box dye kit. Also, side point, the shampoo and conditioner is such a pathetic amount for my long hair. Need to use my own, as i imagine it’s only enough for someone with up to shoulder length fine hair, if that, not very custom. Such a shame. I wanted to remove the brassiness but this hasn't done thatI am really disappointed. I've used esalon about 4 times before and have been super happy each time. I wanted to go one - two shades darker and remove the brassiness. It's not as dark as I wanted but thats definitely my fault for being cautious. My issue is that my hair is just as brassy as it was before - my precious colours have always removed this.
