Too darkHello, let me start letting you know that I'm in love with the quality of the product, my hair is soft and looks healthy, the only problem is that the shade is too dark, your light brown is darker than my natural light brown, the color is awesome but I feel a little disappointed because it wasn't the idea that I had in mind. I already text to my colorist letting her know that it was too dark and providing some photos with the idea that I have in mind, I like the product and I would love to continue buying it but how can I be sure to get the color that I want. I love e color.I love the e-color. My problem is that I'm 81 1/2 years old and its hard forme to do the color. My with the virus pandemic, I have no choice. I just put it all over my head and use my fingers to massage it in then wait for 40 minutes. I do need the extra thing that makes color stay longer. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great color and shineI was hoping for a little more info on how long to leave the color on my gray areas. When I went to pour the remainder of color onto my head, the strong ammonia smell made it hard to breathe!
