Would give 5 stars but you ran out of color with No idea when it is coming back.Wish you had a better system for when you run out of color. Besides getting the same message three times telling me you don't know when it will be available, I am about to give up. Corrected Color Was PerfectMy first color with eSalon turned out way too dark, with very few red highlights. I was disappointed and almost didn't return; however, I received an email from the company offering to correct my color (at a discounted rate as well). I figured I had nothing to lose, so I conveyed my concerns with the initial color and expressed the result I had wanted and expected (reddish brown with cherry tones). My corrected color sat in its box in my bathroom for nearly three months, until I finally got tired of seeing my hair go gray during this COVID-19 isolation. I needed a lift, so I colored my hair yesterday. Wow! This is exactly the color I wanted! Such an amazing transformation! Made me feel so much better about my hair--and myself. Good price but STRONG smellGood value for what you get and super convenient to have it sent to your door, but, the ammonia smell it has will take your breath away!! I like this productThree months without color is not a good thing. At 77, I have a lot of gray and it was showing. My beauty salon was closed and, in desperation, I decided to color my hair myself. Love the color but life has changed and I need to cancel autoshipTrying to cancel the autoship and not easy to do so beware if you sign up for autoship. You can put the deliver off for up to 12 weeks. I am also trying to find a way to contact customer service and I can't find that on the website either. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Great colorThe color in my kit is darker than what I'd been given at the salon. However, I really like it. I will see how it fades over then next few weeks. Also, I really like the shampoo and conditioner in the kit. One thing - my kit only included one pair of gloves but the list showed 2 pairs to be included.
