I'd give it 5 stars but my grey hairs are pesky. I had to super saturate them.

Colour was fab but I would prefer to see a better conditioner as hair felt very straw like & hard to brush, next shampoo & conditioner of my own felt & looked fab!

I WAS A BIT SKEPTICAL, BUT ONCE I GOT IT AND APPLIED MY COLOR I LOVE IT THE ONLY THING IS SOME OF MY GRAY AROUND THE FRAME OF MY FACE DIDNT TAKE COLOR AND IT DID PULL A BIT RED BUT I JUST LOVE THE COLOR

everything was fantastic the only issue was with shipping which was no fault of yours - you shipped it on May 21 and it did not arrive until June 3rd -I called customer service on May 30th because I feared the color was lost and they were beyond helpful, understanding and pleasant - color and product great.

I used buy a hair color product at a store when I like to skip to go a hair salon. But I have never quite happy. However I like the color from e salon and the color stay longer than the products at the store I used buy. Wish it a little cheaper...

I love the color that was formulated--it's perfect. The one thing is that for the last two Color Sets mailed to me, there was no brush.
