Easy to use and packaged thoughtfullyI have been ordering eSalon color during the pandemic. The color is perfect and it is easy to follow the instruction to apply. (Best done by a helper) My main complaint is the shipping is very slow and unpredictable even when the order is well in advance of the use date. The worst color everI hate this color. Everyone I know has said how wrong it is and how it's nothing like the color I usually get. I wanted a dark Auburn, I got something almost black. My family says I look awful, and the kindest thing anyone can say is at least it's during the pandemic and so I don't have to see anyone. It's so dark customer service says there's nothing I can do but wait, and maybe color my roots as it grows out. Instead of feeling better about myself I feel awful and self conscious.
