My color is just the way I like it, and I like the dry hair application method.I have one question about earning a free color set. I have been using eSalon since 2017. Simply Perfect!I’ve been using eSalon since last year as was recommended by my sister. I’d been after a rich very dark chocolate for ages but nothing I tried was right. I ordered their Darkest Brown Matte Ash & although it was lovely it was a bit flat. So my colourist adjusted it for the next 2 orders. But I still wasn’t completely satisfied. So I sent a message to my colourist & again the colour was adjusted & hey presto, I now have the most gorgeous luscious rich darkest chocolate brown locks (literally just this side of black) with perfect grey coverage & not a hint of red or copper! My daughter always applies it for me & once it had been coloured, washed & dried, I did a little excited jig around the bathroom 😂😂 Thank you Jessica, my colourist this time. Just want to thank you)My hair is dark brown. A year ago I realized I have some gray on a side of my head. So, I began to color my hair. Haircolor came up a bit red every time. Moreover, hair dye dried out my beautiful curls. I was very upset. One day I just googled "best hair dye" and found eSalon. The first order coasted me just $11. After happened the miracle) I got the perfect color! It was not just perfect, but IT WAS MY NATURAL COLOR, very shiny and without those ugly red tones. I want to say a huuuuge thank you to the person who formulated my color. I got exactly what I wanted (I am usually very picky.) The BEST results I have ever hadI have used drug store color and professional services numerous times. I have lighter blonde hair with now severely graying roots (I'm 46 yo). After going to a salon the last few times for color/foil (at least $130) my roots always reverted to gray again within the week. My "light blonde ash" highlights were yellow within 2 weeks WHILE using the toning shampoo and conditioner religiously. No matter how many times I would complain and ask for something even lighter and ashy, it never changed. The drug store brands only turned my hair yellow or greenish. SO I decided to give Madison Reed a shot. The price was perfect, and they have a much better selection of colors...and experts on hand. At first, I was really scared. LOL! I applied my root color and waited the required 20 minutes. At that time, my scalp looked green and my roots were looking blue. I was nervous. Then I applied step 2 to the lengths and waited another 10 minutes. Still looking dark gray/blue/green...YIKES! I was already looking up color correction remedies for blue or green hair online. I took the remainder of my step 2 dye into the shower as stated, added the water, rinsed it through and lathered. Waited the required 3 minutes, then used the included shampoo and conditioner. I was terrified to take that towel off. But....after I used the blow dryer....AMAZING! No blue, green or in between. It was a beautiful shade of light ash blonde. The BEST outcome I have ever had with color, for real! I would include a picture, but it's late and I'm really tired and goofy lookin right now. I'm a first time customer, but now a lifetime one.
