High hopesThe steps were easy to follow. The color was perfect. However, it was not enough product for the amount of hair I have. Some parts didn’t get dyed. good productI love how soft this hair product made my hair (going on 2.5 weeks), and like the overall color but the newer hairline grays around my face did not cover very well, and I could see this immediately after coloring my hair. Then within a couple of days, the color washed out in this area altogether and the greys in this area came back as if I didn't color them. Cancel future shipmentsI LOVED the color —for the first week and a half. Then it began fading as my usual color does . By the third week it was a very light, light strawberry blond. All I could see is a ghost when I looked in a mirror. For this reason I am canceling future orders. If I am going to pay a higher price for hair color I at least want it to last as long as the least expensive one I used before. This was not the case. Easy to use but the color seemed a bit brassyI like the convenience of having the color shipped right to my front door but I still struggle with good coverage around my hairline and it seems after the first wash or two it seems to turn a bit brassy. A dream come true! I can afford!My hair is really quite dark and over the years I have had quite the struggle, coloring it. If I try to go lighter (which of course I always do) it turns orange, or in some cases purple. Seeing as I had terrible results with in home box color I started going to the salon. Paying at least 300 bucks per visit. Somehow with all that money I was never quite happy with the end results. I mean it was close enough and it covered my now graying head well so I kept doing it. Even when my hair started to look dry and damaged. I found eSalon purely by chance through an ad online during the lock down last spring and I was sceptical. I can safely say now that I will never go back to the salon. My hair is healthy shiny and a color I have only dreamed of!!! Let's not forget that it costs a fraction of what I was paying for a "meh" color job at a salon. I will never use anything else ever again. It's easy, they have professionals that make the color for "your" hair, and your desired outcome!!! Did I mention its affordable!!
