Fab colourI found it so easy to use but my problem is the roots around face doesn't hold its colour.but the rest is fab and it shines and soft.The rest hasn't need any colour but still love how easy it is to use .Also you can say when you want it sent and how often and you can put it on hold .It is up to you 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Gray blendingAfter several adjustments and conversations with a few colorists since last year, I'm finally getting my desired hair color. Part of this was that the very first color mix was lost in translation and all the others were adjustments in trying to make the proper correction. Now I can finally say I am beginning to achieve my initial desired results.
