Lovely colour and beautifully packaged..I've taken one star off because I was hoping for an Ash brown but unfortunately got a chestnut brown. It's a pretty colour but not what I was after. Custom Hair ColorI went to use my hair color and the color was tinged w/white and had a cloudy appearance. I checked to see if the bottle was damaged but it was unopened and intact. It was unusable. I needed to cover my gray that day because I had a special event to attend. I was forced to go out and purchase a boxed color. Love the colourFound the colour I love 💕. The mix is great thick and easy to apply. However, this time it did not cover all my greys at the front , will need to leave in a little longer. Color niceThe colors are nice. Doesn’t leave your head itchy or hair feeling like straw. I deducted 1 star for the crappy instructions and the lack of actual communication. The instructions and communication seemed like the customer service person just simply read and posted from a preset menu.
