Not happyThe custom color is what I wanted, now the gray coverage is NOT good at all after a week my grays are showing and I don’t like that. Might need to cancel. Loved it!I really love the color they worked out for me as well as the highlights. I had my daughter apply both following your instructions. The only problem is that my hair started falling off after three weeks. I had my thyroid checked and it came back okay, so I’m putting my order on hold for now. If you feel you have been losing significantly more than this, you may have had an allergic reaction. We have reached out to you via email with more details on next steps and how we can help get this resolved for you. In the future, we recommend performing a skin allergy test 48 hours before each hair color application.
