BamboozledLove your product,but thought I would get two treatments in every order. I tried the 10.00 offer and was hooked by the luxurious hair color I was able to achieve. I told my friends. YOU WONT FIND THIS COLOUR ON THE HIGH STREETE HBecause is is as advertised, custom mixed ....... Chat with your colourist after trying out your colour. Too dark - lighten it please. Too light - darken it please. Based on past purchases...loveStill waiting to receive. Tracking continues to back up delivery...while my parcel travels around the state. Meanwhile my gray roots are very obvious and I have an event tonite. I emailed esalon and have heard nothing. Please do not use USPS in future.
