SatisfiedIm satisfied with my order but wish I could get the toner at a lower price. I don’t need it every time I color my hair just every other month. So I go to Sally’s and buy it. 6.71 Light Brown Matte AshHappy to finally find a light brown shade that doesn’t turn out black. I have almost 50% grays and this color covered my roots (6.71 Light Brown Matte Ash). I advise that you divide your hair in 6 sections for better application and gray coverage. I purchased it again and will continue to use it for root touch up. In the other hand, I had a negative experience with the “light to medium brunette toner” should not be advertised as a “toner”. My experience with that product is that it is a BLACK Demi-permanent color that doesn’t tone but darkens any shade you have in your hair. Worth the riskIt’s a risk to buy a color from somewhere and not be sure of what it will look like. The color came out pretty well actually. I just wish it had a bit more of a red tint to it. It just came out pretty dark brown. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

3rd order!Although the cost is a bit more that I would spend but I do think it’s worth it because the after effects of how my hair feels is really soft and not dried out. I have locs so it’s not so easy for my hair to have that nice softness immediately. With other dyes I have used my hair always feels dry and rough for weeks. Love the color but 15 volume didn’t color graysI am trying to contact someone here to ask if I can use a 20 volume instead of the 15 volume?
