Exact colour I wantedI was a bit sceptical about this as I have a lot of grey and my hair was already dyed blonde, so I didn't know how the dye would react with my hair. When applied, the dye was an awful lot darker than the one I usually used, which was a bit alarming, however once it was washed off and dried the colour was perfect. I still had some grey showing through but it looked natural rather than uncared-for. My hair was lovely and soft and overall I am very pleased with it. WonderfulLoved the custom packaging first of all. The way they have 2 bottles, one for roots and one for ends is genius. And it's the closest I've ever begin to get to my natural color. Convenient and EasyThe convenience of using this hair color is almost as great as the product itself. Great, rich color that covers grays 100% and is relatively easy to use makes this hair color the one for me! OMG MY NATURAL RED HAIR IS BACK!I am so happy with my custom color because it turned out exactly how my naturally red hair was 10 years ago! I went through hxxx trying to get my natural color and totally messed up my hair. I was about to pay $450 to get my color back but then I tried esalon… I’m in tears to have my grays covered and my beautiful red hair again! THANK YOU ESALON! Awesome!This batch of color was amazing! I loved the way my hair turned out- I have dark brown hair and it's hard to find color that shows some difference!
