Custom color setI’ve been using e-salon color for a while now I have asked them to tweak my color several times and they are always ready to work with me. This last color change is exactly what I asked to achieve . My colorist nailed it making this my forever color. I love it. My hair is healthy, shinny and easy to curl. Amazing. Amazing color!This is my 3rd order for hair color and products. I am a so thrilled with this product. It cost a bit more than my old hair color I’ve been using for 20 years but Esalon is truly “I’m worth it “ status! The color is bright and natural looking and the grey coverage is so amazing, like no other do it yourself color I’ve ever used! My grey hair does not appear before my next shipment arrives (6 week auto ship). Scored a home run!!!I have struggled for a long time with realizing the right color to match my hair color. I had micro links installed and I love the color of my extensions, The problem was getting my exposed hair to match the extensions. My natural hair tended to pull red no matter what my beautician and I tried. I decided to give this custom product a try not really expecting to be satisfied. Well, let me tell you…this product was perfect and exceeded my expectation!! Note: no one paid me to send this review! I just felt compelled to share Mr total satisfaction with this product. First try with this productEasy to complete questionnaire to help choose right colour. Like the fact you can send photos of current hair colour which helps stylist know condition and the colour you are starting with. Beautifully packaged and arrived in good time. The instructions are clear and the process easy. No nasty smell. The shampoo smelt lovely and I would happily buy it as my usual shampoo if it was available as an individual product ; felt nice too. Only thing I did not like so much was the conditioner texture/effect. It was ok but I chose to condition with my own after. Hair came out soft and colour ; although not 100% the shade I am aiming for, is even , shiny and my husband likes it very much. It is a very good colour for covering my grey ( which it did 100%) and a really good balance to even out the pre coloured hair I had. Yes would definitely recommend and will use again.
