Great customer serviceLast shipment got lost in the hustle and bustle of Christmas deliveries called shipped out a second one receive that two days later. This is so much better than I imaginedI don't normally leave reviews online, but my custom hair color from esalon was so good I have to tell other people. My background is that I have had my hair colored in salons for at least 15 years but have recently moved to a very expensive country/city and was looking to save money on my hair care. Also, I should admit that I've been a bit unhappy with my hair color for at least a year or so. I find salons are all pretty much the same -- they all use the main manufacturers and so the colors are quite limited. I felt my hair looked flat and the stylist I had was not paying attention to the fact that my roots were so differently colored than my ends. It drove me crazy. I have now used the esalon color mixed for me once and I am so impressed. My hair looks and feels really lovely. Hair colorHello. I would like to cancel my subscription and receive a refund for my most recent order. I'm not sure what has changed, but the last 3 times that I have used this product, there is a film left in my hair that takes several shampoos to remove. It's like there is an oil-slick in my hair. I have actually had to cancel arrangements because I colored my hair on the day of my plans, and my hair was so gross that I couldn't go out. I recommended this product to my daughter, and the same thing happened to her. Obviously, whatever change was made to the formula is not working. Please cancel my upcoming order and subscription. Life changingI've spend an absurd amount of money at salons attempting to get my naturally ash blonde hair to a natural looking deep shade of brown. It never fails to turn blackish near the ends and red at the roots. I recently gave up with salon service and made multiple attempts to color my own hair, which turned out better than a trip to the salon and way cheaper, but was still a disappointment. Last night I received my esalon custom color kit and dove right in. I am beyond thrilled with the results! It was easier than expected, didn't smell up the whole house with awful chemicals (my husband didn't even know I was coloring my hair), and the dye didn't even stain the skin around my hairline!! Root touch upThis is a nice product to extend your monthly color . It's a great match in color, but application is a bit hard. Great color but...I really love the color but after about three weeks I could see the few grays at the front of my hair peeking through. Covers my greysI think the color is good and it covers my grey hair completely, the only reason why i will not give 5 stars is because i don't like the shampoo or conditioner. I don't think its of good quality. The conditioner leaves my hair feeling rough.
