I didn't like the gray coverage.I was not happy about my gray coverage. I would like another shipment free of charge of the exact kit, if possible. I followed the instructions exactly on the paper but it only covered for a short period, one wash and then washed out. I left it on for the duration of the time stated. Colour not as expectedHaving asked for a lighter colour with more golden and caramel tones, and having applied as directed just to roots for the first 30 minutes, the colour is still much darker than expected.
