Not satisfiedSure the hair color left my hair softer and shiny than box, but my whole purpose is to not have to dye my hair as often. ColorColor didn't cover grays completely this time it was disappointing. This was the 3rd order I have I believe and all of them have been great as far as the end result except this last one. COLOR DIDN'T LASTI PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT ON 8-26-2016, GOT THE COLOR DAYS LATER AND TRIED IT. THE COLOR DID NOT LAST AT ALL I STARTED SEEING HINTS OF GRAY AFTER 2.5 WEEKS (TODAY IS 9-30-26), AND COLOR WAS SUPPOSE TO LAST WAY LONGER. Hated itThe product was difficult and messy to use. I did not like the color I was left with and now am stuck with for a month. I am trying to opt out on the auto delivery.
