UnhappyI am not pleased with this product at all! Within a couple of days, my hair started turning a rustic brown around my face and temples. I have never experienced this before when I have used store brand colors, or when I had it done professionally. Thank you, but no thank you!! Wasn't the color I wantedI don't what went wrong but it was a lot darker then then light blonde. Maybe they read light brown because that's the color I ended up with. Otherwise, my hair was more health and shiny. Was happy with that. Now I'm turning gray and decided to try once again to give this a go. Great product for the cost!I received my custom color in the mail today and followed the directions to touch up my roots. My last color was at a salon and this color blended perfectly! The only negative I can say is that it did not color the gray along my hairline (by the ears and nape of the neck) as well as I would have liked.
