not pleasedi am not pleased at all with this product. my hair is much softer and glossier with my cheaper over the counter drug store brand. the color was the exact same which is good but the other is not anything different like the photos show in advertisement. i would say it was worth the ten dollar amount for a first delivery and try but not worth the higher price at all . i prefer to stay using the one that leaves my hair soft not a stringy feeling. very dissapointed in what i thought would be a wonderful product.. no thank you on further purchases 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Not What I ExpectedThis was a great idea, but it wasn't as good as everybody says it is. First off, the dye doesn't rinse out very well, the shampoo wasn't shampoo, and the conditioner doesn't condition your hair. Second, after rinsing, shampooing, and conditioning, my hair felt very damaged and stringy. I had to do a deep condition over night and then re-shampoo (to remove the rest of the dye) and condition my hair the next day and it still felt stringy. Third, the color wasn't what I wanted. I wanted a purple tone, but all I got was brown. I'll be going elsewhere to get my purple hair color. Thank you for the experience though. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Color Off, Strong Scent, Fried endsI was really hopefully for this product to be something I loved. But it was disappointing to say the least. Color was pretty much brown, not a red/copper variation. The smell was so strong, it was difficult to apply between holding my breath and my eyes burning. I didn't apply to ends, only through the wash as suggested in instructions, yet it still managed to fry the end of my hair. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

So disappointed!Bummer! Why is this color 70% light brown when I clearly wanted mostly copper in my last order? That shade was perfect. I can't apply this! And the real bummer is that I am scheduled to have new head shots done for my job next week. Now I will have to purchase more color from a retailer here to get it the shade that I want. I am bummed. Does not cover grayI put in my profile that I need to cover gray, yet was provided the demi-permanent color. When I said it only covered for a week (two washes) I was told I should be using the permanent to cover gray.
