No goodI informed them I have extra long thick wavy hair. I recieved 2 different colors in 2 3 ounce bottles. I would need triple. And they had me scheduled to recieve 2 more little bottle 10 weeks from now. Ok but not amazingFirst of all the is the second order I've received because the first one was horrible and didn't come out right. I even sent a photo and terrible. This time it worked. However in the shower while washing my hair with their shampoo, I lost so much hair I can't describe but it was literally what I unclog in my shower drain every couple months in one wash. Too darkThis color didn’t turn out as well as the first one. I really want a true strawberry blonde with a lot of copper tones. It was perfect the first time but this time it’s really dark. I've not seen much differenceI've not seen much difference with this colour and my hair is still showing a copper undertone ,this has also left my hair feeling very dry, and I've noticed grey hairs appearing quicker than my usual brand,and I didn't really get a nice smell after using the conditioner either like I do using my regular one The packaging is nice and how it's delivered with that personal touch but that's the only positive overall I can say. Unfortunately for me this colour and products really hasn't suited my hair nor changed the colour that much and my hair has been feeling very dry and frizzy since using. 1 of 1 people found this review helpful. Not what i asked for at all.On going through the questions on what i wanted i selected auburns and coppers and gingers.... I got red. Pinky cheap looking red. Very disappointed especially as id uploaded photo of my own hair... Plus a photo of my desired colour. Poor Customer Service AND it expires QUICKLY - things GROW in the bottle!I've been a customer for 7 years but NO MORE. Never had an issue but I was on recurring shipments so I had hair colors coming faster than I was using them. In a nutshell, after 4 months, I went to use my last one on my counter, and it was growing gross stuff IN THE BOTTLE! I was going to toss it out, but wanted to send an email - if anyone can relate, I work 2 businesses so working around the clock and never get time off, but I finally sent an email to tell them and show them the pictures. Instead of coming back that they're sorry that happened, and telling me that I can't have it exposed to any "elements" (but it was always on my counter, so no temp influx) that they "are happy to confirm it's over 6 months so to throw it out" - sort of like "hot potato, it's not my problem", but everyone, you have to see the pictures - completely gross!!! Anyhow, it's not about a $30 order, it's about the poor customer service AND that the STANDARD time for hair color (that you can expect it's good) is THREE YEARS - Google it and you will see. Since then, they've ADDED to their FAQ that it expires in 6 months - convenient. Regardless, I would seriously consider using another color where things are NOT growing in bottle - you're putting that on your hair! I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company so again, it's not over $30, it's very, very poor customer service.
