DisappointedMy color was entirely TOO dark. Also less than 2 weeks grey started showing through. Color faded within a week but that's not bad because it was wrong color. Not the colour chosenThe shipping speed and the presentation of everything was so lovely, but I followed the instructions to the letter, and ended up with faded red/strawberry blonde roots and vibrant red mid length and ends…it overall looks like I dyed my hair red 4 weeks ago and it has majorly faded overtime…and I dyed it yesterday ☹️ 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did not work on my grey hairsDon't like this product. I thought it would fully cover my grey hairs and it did not I even left it on for over an hour and a half. I will not recommend this product for anyone with grey hair I even tried to buy a lighter color so when they grey hairs do come out their not so noticeable. Beware of eSalon's Hair Color BlendsI received a blend that darken my hair A LOT! The blend color on my hair is not even remotely close to the hair color I selected. I don't trust their color specialist customizing blends and have canceled my subscription after my first and last bad experience with eSalon. I will need to go to my salon and have my hairstylist get my lighter hair color back and spend the unexpected cost! Bad time to get it wrong !I-Don’t like leaving bad reviews for Business, however, they dropped the ball big time! I feel it is important for A company to get it Right, if they are selling the concept of self-coloring your hair at home. Where if you bought your color at a supply store you would know what you purchased! Not so here! You are at their mercy, believing you have bought the same color. This is especially true, when you deal in any kind of red highlights or coloring! Reds deposit the most pigment and is the most difficult to reverse, without major problems! I have this problem! The fact last are, I bought hair color four times prior and was very happy !, I was feeling comfortable in their ability to provide me with the same product each time ! Well NO THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Here are the facts! - [ ] My daughters' wedding is in Texas this weekend. I'm in Ca. And colored my hair as always . - [ ] Ordered. the same hair color the last four times. 34/dark blonde 1,/8 copper, and the other is ash. Hair turns out strawberry blonde - [ ] My daughter offered to apply it for me. while I the color looked the same when pouring them together. - [ ] My hair color is strawberry blonde and is long. - [ ] For this last order, I didn't look at their % of color, it had always been great before! My normal ordered was 3/4% dark blonde, 1/4 ash blonde 1/8 copper! 20% vol. - [ ] This time I was sent 1/2 Medium Brown 1/2 COPPER RED! 10% volume. - [ ] No BLONDE! That's it! No blonde whatsoever. No lift! I was horrified. My daughter cried, thinking she did it! Kinda looked like a dark carrot top!
