Haven’t even used it and I’m already disappointedI placed my first order no problem. It arrived today and the color apparently leaked all over everything in the package. I took photos and logged into my account to figure out where to upload photos of the damaged order as well as to stop future orders. I hope mine was formulated wrong.What I wanted was NOT what came out. I am a copper/blonde/ strawberry blonde & what I ordered was that color too to bring back my youth hair colors. What I got....a magenta type color. It was horrible. I washed my hair in dandruff shampoo mixed w Emergen C vit powder that evening then the next day to remove the product. Colour not as per my photoThe colour was not as per photo that I’d sent. Also, it was sent to the wrong address. I’ve checked my account & it was sent to an old work address, when the shipping address on my account is my home address & correct. There was not enough red in my colour so my hair now looks purple! Why is my hair dark pink 😭I ordered this months ago but I had the exact same hair colour as my original photos. I followed the instructions but when I was mixing it it looked more on the pink side. I assumed it was just not oxidised or something and trusted the process. I ended up with dark pink hair and lighter pink at ends (I assume the ends are because my hairs more dead there). Ended up in tears and had to run to Asda to get dark red dye in hopes that would help. I was aiming for a copper/auburn with my original purchase (which the shampoo appears to be) and now I don’t know how I could possibly fix it. Does it run out of date or something? Expecting to last longerThe color was and still is in some places gorgeous! Unfortunately, the initial color only lasted maybe 4 weeks instead of the close to 8 it said it would. My gray/white did not cover as I had hoped. Followed the directions fully, unfortunately it just did not stay.☹️. However, my curly hair is curlier than ever and I am loving that!!!😄 I am not sure if all this happened because menopause has decided to make an appearance or the coloring just didn’t work🤷🏻♀️.
